She began her career in 1983 at the Banque de l’Union Européenne in the syndicated Euro-Credits Department. From 1989 to 1995, she was a lawyer in the Banking and Finance Group of the law firm Clifford Chance. In 1995, she joined the Legal Department for Financial Activities of the Banque Nationale de Paris where she worked on structured financings. In 1998, she rejoined Clifford Chance as a Professional Support Lawyer in charge of the knowledge management in the Banking and Finance Group.
In 2003, she joined Europe Offering and contributed to its development as its internal legal counsel until 2020.
